CUBE Sports Club Network Regulations
I. General provisions
1. These regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations") define the rules for using Cube sports clubs. The person using Cube club services (hereinafter referred to as the Customer) enters into a sports club use agreement (gym, fitness center, squash, and optional amenities) with the operator of the specific Club indicated during the subscription purchase and listed below:
- business activity conducted by Jakub Zieliński under the name MIND CONSULTING JAKUB ZIELIŃSKI, entered into the Central Register and Information on Business Activity NIP: 9461807047, REGON: 431208540, with its registered office in Lublin at ul. Śliwkowa 20; 20-141 and managing the following facilities

- Cube Fitness Świdnik (Swidnik)
- Cube Fitness Zelwerowicza (Lublin)

Due to the planned expansion of the network, new locations will be systematically opened. and will be included in the Regulations on the day of the start of the pre-sale.
II Definitions:
- Cube – a sports club (gym, fitness, sometimes squash, and sauna) owned by Mind Consulting Jakub Zieliński, Cube Sport sp. z o. o., or Mad Mind sp. z o. o., with whom the Client enters into an agreement to use Cube Fitness club services. The agreement is concluded with the operator of the specific Club indicated during the subscription purchase and listed above:
- Club Member/Customer - a person who has paid the club fee and concluded an agreement by registering as a Customer via the application or website and has purchased any pass/subscription or registered a single entry through one of the partners - MultiSport card, PZU, Medicover, FitProfit and using the services offered by Cube as part of the clubs' activities and meeting the conditions of point 2
- In certain cases, clearly defined by Cube, Cube may waive the entry fee.
- Club – location selected by the customer at the time of purchasing the season ticket and represented by Mind Consulting Jakub Zieliński, Cube Sport Sp. z o.o. and MadMind Sp. z o.o.
- Application – an application recommended by the club, available to Customers after registration and logging in via an individual profile, enabling the purchase and management of the current subscription.
- Website – the club website, www.cubeclub.pl, where necessary information and promotions are posted and, after registration and logging in, allows Customers to purchase and manage their current subscription.
- Registration Fee – a one-time fee charged to new Customers when purchasing a 1-month and 3-month Subscription/Pass.
- Membership Suspension – an action performed by Customers allowing the suspension of subscription activity.
- Subscriptions – all the subscriptions from the Cube offer available on the website www.cubeclub.pl, which define in detail separate files and price list
- Agreement – an agreement concluded between Mind Consulting Jakub Zieliński, Cube Sport Sp. z o.o., or Mad Mind Sp. z o.o., and the Client enabling the Client to use the club's services. The agreement may be concluded electronically through an application made available to Clients by the club, on the Club's website by the Client themselves, or at the club's location with the help of an authorized employee on a tablet provided for this purpose by the Club.
- Billing period – a period defining the payment deadlines resulting from subscriptions
III Rules for using the club's services
1.Only Club Members/Customers with an active subscription/pass may use the Club's services.
2. The Club's services may be used by Club Members who are adults, have full legal capacity and whose health condition does not contraindicate the physical activity offered by the Club.
- With the written consent of a legal representative (signed in person at the club's registered office), a person aged 13 or older may use the Club's services. Such a person may become a Club Member after signing the consent form by their legal representative and signing a declaration of no health contraindications after consulting a doctor. Persons aged 10 or older may use the Club's services as Club Members only under the supervision and direct care of their legal representative. Persons aged 10 or older who are not yet of legal age may use the gym only if they have a written declaration from their legal representative confirming that they have no health contraindications after consulting a doctor.
3. Club Members using the Club's services will hereinafter be referred to as Customers.
4. Persons using the Club's services under an agreement between the Client and the Club, during their first visit to the Club, provide their personal data (name, surname, PESEL number or date of birth) in order to execute the agreement. To confirm personal data, it will be necessary to present a valid identity document (ID card or passport)
5. Persons using the Club's services under an agreement with a third-party cardholder (BenefitSystems, Vanity, Medicover, PZU, and others) must provide their personal data (first name, last name) upon their first visit to the Club for the purpose of registering as a Customer and for the purpose of fulfilling the terms of the agreement entered into by the Club with the aforementioned third-party. Registration as a Customer, and thus acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the rules applicable at the given Club, is a prerequisite for using the Club's services.
6. Customers using the Club on the basis of "partnership agreements" (BenefitSystems, Vanity, Medicover, PZU and others) are asked to download the mobile application to their phone and register each time they enter.
7. The Club is open to Customers during the hours indicated at the Club's headquarters and on the website www.cubeclub.pl. The Club reserves the right to change opening hours on public holidays and in the event of justified need. Appropriate information will be posted at the Club's headquarters, on social media, and on the website.
8. The use of the Club's services is based on:
a. subscription (hereinafter referred to as "Subscription"); the use of the Club's services under the Subscription is regulated by these Regulations and the agreement concluded with the Client;
b. fees for a single entry to the Club (hereinafter: "Single Entry")
c. Registered entry based on a "partnership agreement"“
9. The club reserves the right to temporarily create other single entry options, such as a "free pass" for new customers. The club will provide information about the possibility of using this type of entry at the place of business or on the website and social media.
III. One-time Admission
- Within the Single Entry, the Client is entitled to a single use of the Club's services. Single Entry includes all Club services (group classes in compliance with the provisions of the regulations regarding the obligation to book, gym, sauna).
- A Customer using Single Entry pays the entry fee to the Club online, via the application or at the reception desk, before using the club's services.
- Single Admission entitles you to use the Club’s services during its full opening hours.
- The price of a single entry is available on the Club's website or at the location of a given Club.
IV. Fees and subscriptions/passes
Fees, subscriptions/passes can be purchased online, via the Club's website/application, and in-store, at the location of a given Club.
The unlimited subscription/pass and the 12-month subscription/pass can only be purchased online, via the club's website/app. The payment system is PayU.
The commencement period for services, meaning the ability to use the services offered by a given Club, begins on the date of purchase or another date specified by the Customer and lasts for the duration of the subscription/pass specified in the description. A Customer who requests the commencement of services before the withdrawal period expires acknowledges that, in the event of withdrawal, they will be obligated to pay for services provided up to the time of withdrawal, proportionally to the scope of the service provided, in accordance with Article 35 of the Consumer Rights Act.
Anyone wishing to use the Club's services is required to register as a club customer via the Cube Fitness mobile app or the website www.cubeclub.pl. Customers are required to present the QR code in the app or an ID document upon each visit to the Club. The QR code or ID document serves to confirm an active, paid subscription or single entry. The Club reserves the right to verify the identity of any person using the code generated in the app.
Each Subscription/Pass is available in a club version, allowing access to one selected facility, and a Multicube version, allowing access to all Cube facilities nationwide. Current prices for each Subscription version are available in the Price List and at the Club.
- Entry fee
The entry fee is a one-time fee collected before purchasing a 1-Month Pass. In exceptional circumstances, such as during periodic promotions, the Club may waive the entry fee.
The amount of the entry fee is specified in the club's price list available on the website.
- Subscription/1 month pass
- When purchasing a Subscription, the Customer enters into an agreement with the Club. For this purpose, the Customer provides data necessary to perform the agreement: first name, last name, PESEL and/or date of birth, e-mail address, correspondence address, telephone number, and in the case of open-ended agreements, data necessary to make payments.
- The current fees for individual Subscriptions and services in the Club are included in the Price List, available at the registered office of each Club and on the website www.cubeclub.pl.
- A customer using the Club's services under a Subscription Plan is required to download the app and register as a Club member. Upon signing the contract, the customer may also receive a personalized Club membership card, which serves as the Subscription. The customer is required to present the membership card or app code upon each visit to the Club. The Club reserves the right to verify the identity of the person using the membership card or app-generated code. A membership card presented by an unauthorized person may be confiscated by a Club employee.
- The Customer may purchase a one-month subscription through the Club's website, app, or in-store at the club of their choice. The benefit commencement period, meaning the ability to use the services offered by a given Club, begins on the date of purchase or another date specified by the Customer and lasts for the next 30 calendar days. After 30 days from the date indicated by the Customer as the subscription commencement date, the subscription/pass expires.
- Subscription/Perpetual contract
- With the purchase of the Subscription, the Client enters into an indefinite contract with the Club. For this purpose, the Client provides data necessary to perform the contract: name, surname, PESEL and/or date of birth, e-mail address, correspondence address, telephone number, and in the case of open-ended contracts, data necessary to make payments.
- Payments for Subscriptions/Perpetual Agreements will be made periodically, via the Online Payment Operator. The operator is PayU.
- The current fees for individual Subscriptions and services in the Club are included in the Price List, available at the registered office of each Club and on the website www.cubeclub.pl.
- Customers using the Club's services under a Subscription Plan are required to download the app and register as a Club customer. The Club reserves the right to verify the identity of the person using the code generated in the app.
- The Client may purchase a permanent subscription via the Club’s website or application.
- The minimum duration of a Subscription/Perpetual Pass is 3 (three) full calendar months.
- The period of commencement of services, i.e. the possibility of using the services offered by a given Club, begins on the date of purchase or another day specified by the Customer and lasts until the termination of the contract due to notice or for other reasons arising from these regulations.
- The customer undertakes to pay for the unlimited pass in a timely manner.
Fees will be collected by the online payment system - PayU SA at the beginning of each billing month.
i. A customer using the Club's services under an open-ended contract is entitled to a free subscription freeze. During the subscription freeze period, the Club does not charge a subscription fee. Freezing is possible for one (1) billing period. After the "frozen" billing period expires, fees will be charged in accordance with point 5 c. Freezing is only possible for the full billing period. Installment 0 cannot be "freezed." Freezing can be done by the customer once every 12 months of the contract.
j. During the Subscription freeze period, the Club does not charge any fees. Freezing the Subscription results in the contract being extended for a period corresponding to the Subscription suspension period.
k. Each party has the right to terminate the Subscription/Perpetual Pass, ,
With full one-month notice, effective at the end of the month following the month in which the notice was given (e.g. if the notice was given on 2 December, the contract will be terminated on 31 January). The condition for termination of the contract is the expiry of the minimum 3-month period referred to in Section III, item 3 f
4. Subscription/12-month pass
and. By purchasing a Subscription, the Customer enters into a contract with the Club for a minimum of 12 full months. To this end, the Customer provides the data necessary to fulfill the contract: first name, last name, PESEL number and/or date of birth, email address, mailing address, telephone number, and, in the case of open-ended contracts, data necessary to make payments.
b. After the initial 12-month period ends, the Customer may retain the preferential pricing as the Subscription becomes a permanent Subscription with a one-month notice period. The Subscription installment price remains unchanged.
c. Payments for the Subscription/Payment Card will be made via the Online Payment Operator. The operator is PayU. Fees will be charged periodically for full calendar months, counted from the first to the last day of the month. If the Customer signs up for the Club later than the first day of the month, a Zero Installment/Instalment "0" will be charged. Installment "0" – the so-called Pro Rata – is a one-time payment made in an amount calculated proportionally for the period from the start date of the Subscription/Payment Card to the last day of the month in which the Subscription/Payment Card began. In the case of a 12-month Subscription/Payment Card, the first month and the first installment (Instalment 1) are counted as the first full calendar month (from the first to the last day of a given month).
d. The current fees for individual Subscriptions and services in the Club are included in the Price List, available at the headquarters of each Club and on the website www.cubeclub.pl.
e. The minimum duration of the Subscription/Perpetual Pass is 12 full calendar months. The Customer undertakes to pay for the 12-Month Pass on time.
f. If the Subscription is purchased on a day other than the first day of the month, the system will calculate a supplementary installment of 0 for the Subscription based on the number of days remaining in the month. The 0 installment does not count towards the Subscription period.
g. The period of commencement of services, i.e. the possibility of using the services offered by a given Club, begins on the date of purchase or another date specified by the Customer and lasts until the termination of the contract due to notice or for other reasons arising from these regulations.
h. The Client undertakes to pay for the unlimited subscription in a timely manner. Fees will be collected via the online payment system - PayU SA.
A Customer using the Club's services under a contract is entitled to freeze their subscription twice free of charge. During the subscription freeze period, the Club does not charge a subscription fee. Freezing is possible for one (1) billing period. After the "frozen" billing period expires, fees will be charged in accordance with the price list. Freezing is only possible for the full billing period. It is not possible to freeze the 0th installment.
During the Subscription freeze period, the Club does not charge any fees. Suspending the Subscription will result in the contract being extended for a period corresponding to the Subscription suspension period.
k. Assignment - Either party has the right to terminate the Subscription by assigning it to another Club Member designated by the Client. Assignments can be made at the Club at any time during the subscription period. If the Assignment is made on a day other than the first day of the month, the paid monthly Subscription Installment will be transferred to the other party. The Club Member to whom the Subscription has been assigned is required to register in the system as a Club Member and provide the data necessary for payment.
l. Either party has the right to terminate the Subscription at any time during its term, subject to a full one-month notice period, effective at the end of the month following the month in which the termination notice was submitted (e.g., if the notice of termination was submitted on December 2nd, the contract will be terminated on January 31st). In the event of termination before the end of the promotional period, the Club has the right to charge a compensation fee equal to the difference between the promotional subscription price and the standard price in force in the Price List. The fee will be charged individually, taking into account all circumstances. Detailed information on the termination fee depends on the price list and is available at the Club's reception desk. After the termination fee is paid, the Subscription remains active until the end of the relevant billing period in which the termination notice was given. Termination. Either party has the right to terminate the Subscription/12-Month Pass.
At the end of the 12-month period, the Subscription automatically switches to a Permanent Subscription. Termination of the Permanent Subscription can be made at the Club's reception desk with a 1-month notice period.
5. Subscription/Trainer's pass
The subscription/training pass is only available in some locations. Information about locations and whether a given club offers a Training Pass is provided by the given club.
To conduct personal training, a Personal Trainer or Instructor must hold current, appropriate training qualifications and purchase a Trainer's Pass. The price and terms of the Trainer's Pass are specified in the Club's internal price lists. Trainers are required to hold valid third-party liability insurance.
6. Detailed conditions regarding online payments and recurring payments are included in Section IV – Payments for specific types of services, subscriptions/passes, which is an integral part of this agreement.
7. The Club has the right to terminate the agreement with immediate effect (without notice or a separate notice) if the Client is in arrears with payments for the first billing period. Termination occurs after the Client has been twice requested to settle the payments and may occur after an additional 14-day period specified in the first notice has expired without effect. Termination of the agreement in this manner does not release the Client from the obligation to pay for services used at the Club, in accordance with the Club's applicable Price List. The provisions of the Civil Code will apply.
8. Season tickets are issued for a specified period, including Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Cube reserves the right to close the Club or part of it during the holiday season and on any other day if necessary for maintenance or renovation work to improve the safety and quality of the facility, or for other reasons beyond the Club's control. If the Club is scheduled to close, users will be notified of the above-mentioned situation by posting appropriate information on the premises. These situations do not automatically extend the validity of the season ticket.
9. The Club may ask the Client to present a document such as an ID card, driving license, school ID, or senior ID to confirm their identity and the right to use the appropriate discount.
V. Payments for specific types of services, subscriptions/passes.
1. Payments and prices
All single entry fees, entry fees and subscriptions/passes are described in detail on the website www.cubeclub.pl and available at the reception desks of individual clubs.
Cube uses two types of payments: cash and cashless. Cashless payments can be made both at the club and online.
Payments made outside the club's headquarters will be made via the PayU system using the methods available through the above-mentioned payment operator. Purchase of services offered by the Club is made via the PayU Payment system. Payments are made on the terms and conditions of the PayU system. The customer is obliged to familiarize themselves with the PayU regulations. The current fees for individual Subscriptions and services in the Club are included in the Price List, available at the registered office of each Club and on the website www.cubeclub.pl.
VI. Agreements
All contracts concluded electronically, the purchase of any subscription/ticket via the club's website or application give the Customer the option to withdraw from the contract in accordance with Article 27 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827, as amended - hereinafter referred to as the "Consumer Rights Act") within 14 days of concluding the contract.
- In order to exercise the right to withdraw from the Agreement for Electronic Services, the User should inform the Club of their decision by means of a declaration within 14 days of concluding the aforementioned agreement.
- The declaration of withdrawal from the Agreement on electronic services referred to in paragraph a above may be submitted to the Club electronically or sent by post to the following correspondence address: Mind Consulting Jakub Zieliński ul. Śliwkowa 20; 20-141 Lublin with the note CUBE.
- The Client may use the form which will be available on the Club’s website and as an annex to these Regulations.
- The Customer may waive their right to withdraw from the Agreement when purchasing a given Subscription by selecting the appropriate box. Waiving the right to withdraw from the Agreement is necessary if the Customer wishes to use the Club's services immediately after purchasing the service.
VII. Rules for using the Club's services
- Only Club Clients are permitted on the Club's premises. Clients are obligated to use the Club's premises, facilities, and equipment for their intended purpose.
On the Club premises it is forbidden to:
a. bringing, consuming or being under the influence of alcoholic beverages, drugs or other intoxicating substances;
b. smoking tobacco
c. use of electronic cigarettes;
d. using words generally considered vulgar and offensive;
e. trade and acquisition;
f. taking photographs and filming for commercial purposes without the consent of the Club Manager;
g. bringing in animals;
h. bringing in dangerous tools, weapons, pyrotechnics, flammable and explosive materials;
- While staying on the Club premises, Customers are obliged to comply with the rules set out in these Regulations, in particular:
a. compliance with generally accepted principles of social coexistence and good conduct;
b. refrain from behaviour that may expose the Club’s property to damage or destruction, familiarise themselves with the equipment use instructions and exercise due caution when using the Club’s equipment and facilities;
c. maintaining cleanliness and hygiene;
d. follow the instructions of the Club’s employees and service staff;
e. wearing appropriate footwear (flip-flops) when using showers,
f. Changing to clean, training shoes that properly protect your feet during exercise.
- The Club is not responsible for the consequences of Customers using the equipment in a manner inconsistent with its intended use, operating instructions, regulations and instructions from Club staff.
- The Club's staff does not have medical education. In case of any doubts regarding their physical fitness or ability to perform physical exercises or use the sauna, the Client should seek medical advice before using the Club's services.
- The Client is required to wear clean clothing on the Club premises and to change into clean sports shoes. Shoes must be changed in the changing room before going to other rooms. Sports shoes must be appropriate for the type of exercise performed. Some classes require participation without shoes.
- Lockers in the locker rooms are available only for the duration of your stay at the Club. You can purchase a locker lock at the Club's Reception Desk or bring your own. A fee of PLN 40 gross (in words: forty zloty gross) applies for losing a locker key.
For the safety of Customers and Employees, the club is monitored, excluding the locker room, showers, and restroom areas. CCTV recordings are retained for no longer than 7 days, unless they constitute evidence in legal proceedings. The entity managing the Club is the controller of the recordings. Monitoring is conducted to ensure the safety of persons and property and to protect the Controller's interests pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
The Club is not responsible for the consequences of failure to comply with the rules of using the Club's services, as specified in these Regulations. Violation of the provisions of the Regulations authorizes the Club's staff to ask the Client to immediately leave the Club premises.
VIII. Gym and group classes
- When using the gym or participating in group classes, the Client is obliged to follow the recommendations and instructions of the instructor or other Club staff.
- The Client is obliged to use the sports equipment available in the Club in accordance with its intended purpose and the instructions of the Club staff.
- Depending on the location, the Club provides users with access to a locker with an individual key or a locker requiring the Client to bring their own padlock to store their belongings. The Club is not responsible for items left outside the locker or in the event of gross negligence on the part of the user (e.g., failure to lock the locker). The locker is intended for storing clothing, cosmetics, footwear, sports equipment, nutritional supplements, and food products. Reception staff are not obligated to keep the key while the Client is using the Club's services. Storing items in lockers after the Club closes is prohibited. Items left behind will be held in safekeeping for 7 days. After this period, they are considered abandoned in accordance with Article 180 of the Civil Code.
- After finishing training, the Client is obliged to return the equipment to its place, disinfect it and leave it tidy.
- Instructors, Club staff and external personal trainers may conduct individual training sessions subject to the consent of the Club owner based on individual provisions.
- Each Instructor Trainer who obtains the appropriate consent is required to have the appropriate qualifications, liability insurance and, while conducting classes or training, takes full responsibility for the clients participating in group classes or personal training.
- Gym workouts are not time-limited. The club does not reserve gym spots, but reserves the right to limit entry if all lockers are used.
- Participation in group classes for Clients requires prior reservation of a place for the individual classes. Reservations can be made on our website or via the application. Information on which classes require reservation can be obtained by Clients at the given Club or on its website.
- The Club reserves the right to cancel group classes if the number of Clients willing to participate in these classes is less than 5 people.
- The client can cancel the reservation of a place in a group class no later than two hours before it starts. Cancellation of the reservation can only be done via our website.
- The Club reserves that only making a reservation and arriving on time for group classes guarantee participation in them. If a Client is late, his place in the group classes may be taken by another Client from the reserve list.
The instructor of the class decides about the participation in group classes of Clients who have not made a reservation or are on the reserve list.
- A client who is attending a group class for the first time is required to inform the instructor before the group class begins. A client who attends a group class is required to inform the instructor of any deterioration in well-being, injuries, pregnancy, or any serious health problems.
- Only Club staff is authorized to control the audio equipment, air conditioning and lighting of the Club, as well as open and close windows.
- The club reserves the right to change the start and end times of group classes, change the type of class or the instructor leading the class, and cancel group classes in emergency situations or in the event of changes to the schedule.
- The Client is obliged to complete the exercise/training before the club closes and leave the club no later than 10 minutes after the facility closes.
- It is prohibited to conduct any commercial activity on the Club premises without the consent of the Owner of the facility, in particular commercial, marketing and service activities, including conducting training sessions, workshops and workouts.
IX. Squash
In terms of Squash, the regulations apply only to the location of Cube Squash & Fitness, ul. Mackiewicza 7; 20-141 Lublin
- Use of the facility is tantamount to acceptance of the following regulations.
- The basic squash court rental period is 1 hour.
- The club has the right not to accept a court reservation starting for a partial hour if this blocks the possibility of reserving full hours for other customers.
- The price for renting a court depends on the day of the week and the time of day. A detailed price list for renting a court is available on the Club's website and at the reception.
- Squash court reservations can be made in person at the Club's reception, by phone or via the online reservation system available on the Club's website and/or in the Application. To reserve a court, it is necessary to set up a club member account. The account must contain at least the following data: Name and surname, age, phone number, e-mail address.
- Each person using the court should wear sportswear and replacement sports shoes with non-marking soles (footwear that does not leave marks on the parquet or court).
- Persons under 19 years of age are required to play with protective glasses under penalty of the Club refusing to provide services. Other persons are also advised to play with protective glasses in order to improve safety.
- Providing instructor services and classes may only take place with the consent of the club's management and only if you have valid, appropriate authorizations and certificates.
- The Club is not liable for any damage resulting from improper preparation for the game by a Club Member.
- The Club Member is fully liable for any damage caused as a result of using the equipment available in the Club in a manner inconsistent with its intended use, the operating instructions or the instructions of the Club’s employees.
- It is possible to create a permanent reservation. The condition for a permanent reservation is to purchase a pass. The pass covers a specified number of hours during the validity period of the pass (pass for 8h = 10 weeks, for 12h = 14 weeks).
- The Club Member may cancel the reservation made without any consequences no later than 12 hours before the reservation date. In the event of cancellation of the court rental after the deadline, the Club Member will be charged a fee of 100% for the reserved court rental time.
- The Club charges the Club Member a fee for court rental for the booked period if the Club Member does not cancel the reservation and does not show up at the booked court.
- The Club reserves the right to cancel the reservation in the event of payment arrears on the part of the Club Member.
X. Sauna
In the area of sauna, the regulations apply only to clubs where sauna is available. Information on which clubs offer sauna services is available on individual club websites.
Before using the sauna, clients are required to shower. Clients must wear a towel or scarf while in the sauna, and no shoes are required. A towel must be used under the feet.
- The sauna may only be used by adults who have no health contraindications to exposure to high temperatures.
Before using a sauna, consult your doctor to determine any contraindications to its use.
- Each client uses the sauna at their own risk.
- Customers using the sauna are obliged to follow the instructions available in the Club before entering the sauna.
XI. Promotions
In addition to the permanent offer, the Club may periodically introduce special offers (Promotions).
Promotions cannot be combined.
XII. Final Provisions
- The Client may file complaints regarding the provision of services in the Club in person at the Club's reception, at a given location, by mail to the address of a given location or by email: reklamacje@cubeclub.pl. In the complaint, the Client should provide his/her name and surname, contact details (phone number, correspondence address, email address), and also provide a description of the situation. Complaints will be considered within 14 days of their receipt by the Club.
- The regulations are available at the Club's headquarters and on the website www.cubeclub.pl
- The Club reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for important organizational, legal, or technical reasons. Any changes will become effective upon publication on the Club's website. www.cubeclub.pl. Changes to the Terms and Conditions do not affect the acquired rights of Customers. Customers will be notified of any changes at least 14 days in advance.
- The Club is not responsible for any limitations in the provision of services resulting from force majeure, administrative decisions, technical failures or other events beyond the Club's control.
- Mandatory regulations and provisions regarding the protection of personal data have been archived, in the event of a request to obtain the above information, please contact the receptionist or via e-mail.
- In matters not regulated in these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.

The website collects data necessary to complete the order, including: first name, last name, date of birth and/or PESEL number, company name, country/region, street, city, postal code, telephone number, e-mail address, tax identification number.
