The privacy policy of the Cube network of clubs describes the principles of our processing of information about you, including personal data and cookies. The privacy policy applies to both data collected through our website www.cubeclub.pl, the application we recommend and data left physically in one of the clubs.
Registering in the Customer Panel via the Website or Application is tantamount to accepting your consent to the collection and processing of personal data for the purposes of providing services resulting from the Regulations.
1. General information
This policy applies to the website operating at the url address: cubeclub.pl and the efitness application.

The Operator is the Administrator of your personal data in relation to the data provided voluntarily on the Website.
Cube makes every effort to protect the privacy of users visiting our website and registering in the application. The following privacy policy explains how we collect, process and use the personal data of our users, in accordance with the requirements of Polish law and GDPR in the European Union.
2. Purposes of Personal Data Processing
Users' personal data are collected and processed for the following purposes:
- Account registration
- Analytical and statistical activities
- Enabling logging in to the Customer Panel
- Taking one-time payments and recurring payments
- Configuring your subscription
- Fulfillment of ordered services
- Sending information about changes in the regulations, arrears, club promotional campaigns to the user's email address or, if the Client has given his consent, via SMS
- Sending important information regarding the functioning of the website and the user's account to the user's email address
- Presentation of the offer or information
3. Selected data protection methods used by the Operator
The places where you log in and enter personal data are protected in the transmission layer (SSL certificate). Thanks to this, personal data and login data entered on the site are encrypted on the user's computer and can only be read on the target server. The service uses modern and secure payments via the PayU payment operator.
4. Hosting
The website is hosted (technically maintained) on the operator's servers: cyberfolks.pl in relation to the website's main page and on efitness.pl servers in relation to the customer panel.
5. Your rights and additional information on how your data is used
In some situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if it is necessary to perform the contract concluded with you or to fulfill the obligations incumbent on the Administrator. This applies to such groups of recipients:
- Hosting company on an entrustment basis (cyber_Folks SA with with its registered office in Poznań, ul. Wierzbięcice 1B, 61-569)
- Provider of services related to the application and the Customer Panel – eFitness SA (eFitness SA, Grunwaldzka 186, Pixel 4, 60-166 Poznań)
- Payment Operator PayU SA with its registered office in Poznań, 60-166 Poznań, at ul. Grunwaldzka 186, entered into the register of entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court in Poznań - Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000274399, and the Tax Identification Number (NIP) 779-23-08-495; a national payment institution supervised by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, entered into the Register of Payment Services under the number IP1/2012
- Public bodies
- Authorized employees and associates who use the data to achieve the purpose of the website
- WordPress, woocommerce and some plugins to ensure the necessary functionality of the website (to the extent required for the proper functioning of the website)
- Companies providing marketing services to the Administrator
Your personal data processed by the Administrator no longer than necessary to perform the activities related to them specified in separate regulations (e.g. on accounting). In relation to marketing data, the data will not be processed for longer than 3 years.
You have the right to request from the Administrator:
- access to personal data concerning you,
- their corrections,
- removal,
- processing restrictions,
- and data transfer
You have the right to object to the processing indicated in point 3.3 c) to the processing of personal data for the purpose of pursuing legally justified interests pursued by the Administrator, including profiling, however, the right to object cannot be exercised if there are important legally justified grounds for processing, overriding interests, rights and freedoms towards you, in particular the determination, pursuit or defence of claims.
Complaints regarding the Administrator’s actions may be lodged with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to operate the Service.
You may be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, for the purpose of providing services under the concluded contract and for the purpose of conducting direct marketing by the Administrator.
Personal data may be transferred to third countries within the meaning of the provisions on the protection of personal data. This means that they may be transferred outside the European Union. In such cases, we ensure that the transfer of data takes place in accordance with applicable legal regulations, including the use of appropriate safeguards.
6. Information in forms
The website collects information provided voluntarily by the user, including personal data, if provided.
The website collects data necessary to complete the order, including: first name, last name, date of birth and/or PESEL number, company name, country/region, street, city, postal code, telephone number, e-mail address, tax identification number.
The service may save information about connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).
The service may save information about the user's location and about access to the user's location, in which case the user is asked systemically for consent to share the location.
In some cases, the service may save information that facilitates linking the data in the form with the email address of the user filling out the form. In such a case, the user's email address appears inside the URL of the page containing the form.
The data provided in the form is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a specific form, e.g. to process a service request, order or sales contact, register services, etc. Each time, the context and description of the form clearly informs what it is used for.
7. Administrator Logs
Information about user behavior on the site may be subject to logging. This data is used to administer the site.
8. Important Marketing Techniques
The operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic through Google Analytics (Google Inc. based in the USA). The operator does not transfer personal data to the operator of this service, but only anonymized information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user's end device. In terms of information about user preferences collected by the Google advertising network, the user can view and edit information resulting from cookies using the tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/
The Operator applies a solution that automates the operation of the Service in relation to users, e.g. it may send an e-mail to the user after visiting a specific subpage, provided that the user has agreed to receive commercial correspondence from the Operator.
The operator may use a solution that examines user behavior by creating heat maps and recording behavior on the site. This information is anonymized before it is sent to the service operator so that they do not know which natural person it concerns. In particular, entered passwords and sensitive personal data are not subject to recording.
We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to record how you use and interact with our site using behavioral metrics, heat maps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. Site usage data is collected using first-party and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine product/service popularity and online activity. We also use this information for site optimization, fraud/security, and advertising purposes.
