CUBE Sports Club Network Regulations

I. General provisions

1. These regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations") define the rules for using Cube sports clubs. A person using the services of Cube clubs (hereinafter referred to as the Client) concludes an agreement for the use of the sports club (gym, fitness, squash and optional facilities) with:

 - conducted by Jakub Zieliński, business activity under the name MIND CONSULTING JAKUB ZIELIŃSKI, entered into the Central Register and Information on Business Activity under the number 57534, NIP: 9461807047, REGON: 431208540, with its registered office in Lublin at ul. Śliwkowa 20; 20-141

- Cube Sport Sp. z o. o., a limited liability company, KRS 0001123814, NIP 9462744490, Regon 529499748, with its registered office in Lublin, at ul. Śliwkowa 20; 20-141 Lublin

Kluby Cube działają w następujących lokalizacjach: (stan aktualny na 09.01.2026)

II Definicje:

  1. Cube – sports club (gym, fitness, squash and sauna in one), owned by Mind Consulting Jakub Zieliński or Cube Sport sp. z o. o. with whom the Client concludes an agreement on the use of services from Cube clubs
  2. Członek Klubu/Klient, - osoba  która zapłaciła opłatę wpisową (po 31.10.2024)

i korzystająca z usług oferowanych przez Cube w ramach prowadzonej przez kluby działalności i spełniająca warunki z pkt. 2

  1.  W niektórych, jasno określonych przez Cube przypadkach, Cube może odstąpić od pobrania opłaty wpisowej.
  2. Club – location selected by the customer at the time of purchasing the season ticket and represented by Mind Consulting Jakub Zieliński or Cube Sport Sp. z o. o.
  3. Application – an application recommended by the club, available to Customers after registration and logging in via an individual profile, enabling the purchase and management of the current subscription.
  4. Website – the club website, where the necessary information and promotions are placed and, after registration and logging in, enables Customers to purchase and manage their current subscription.
  5. Entry Fee – a one-time enabling fee charged to new Customers (from November 1, 2024) when purchasing a Subscription/1-Month Pass.
  6. Membership Suspension – an action performed by Customers allowing the suspension of subscription activity.
  7. Subscriptions – all the subscriptions from the Cube offer available on the website www.cubeclub.pl, which define in detail separate files and price list
  8. Agreement – an agreement concluded between Mind Consulting Jakub Zieliński or Cube Sport Sp. z o. o. and the Client enabling the Clients to use the club’s services. The agreement may be concluded electronically through an application made available to the Clients by the club, the Club’s website by the client himself or at the location of a given club with the help of an authorized employee on a tablet provided for this purpose by the Club.
  9. Billing period – a period defining the payment deadlines resulting from subscriptions

III Zasady korzystania z usług klubu

1.Z usług Klubu mogą korzystać jedynie Członkowie/Klienci Klubu.

2. Z usług Klubu korzystać Członkowie Klubu, będący osobami pełnoletnimi, mający pełną zdolność do czynności prawnych i których stan zdrowia nie jest przeciwwskazaniem do aktywności fizycznej oferowanej przez Klub.

Za pisemną zgodą ustawowego przedstawiciela (podpisywaną osobiście w miejscu prowadzenia działalności danego klubu) z usług Klubu może korzystać osoba, która ukończyła 13 rok życia. Osoba taka może zostać Członkiem Klubu po podpisaniu zgody przez przedstawiciela ustawowego oraz oświadczenia o braku przeciwwskazań zdrowotnych po uprzednim skonsultowaniu się z lekarzem.   Osoby, które ukończyły 10 lat mogą korzystać z usług Klubu kalo Członkowie Klubu wyłącznie pod opieką ustawowego przedstawiciela i pod jego bezpośrednim nadzorem. Warunkiem korzystania z siłowni przez osoby, które ukończyły 10 lat, a nie są jeszcze pełnoletnie jest pisemne  oświadczenie przedstawiciela ustawowego o braku przeciwwskazań zdrowotnych po uprzednim skonsultowaniu się z lekarzem.

3. Korzystający z usług Klubu Członkowie Kluby zwani będą dalej Klientami.

4. Persons using the Club's services under an agreement between the Client and the Club, during their first visit to the Club, provide their personal data (name, surname, PESEL number or date of birth) in order to execute the agreement. To confirm personal data, it will be necessary to present a valid identity document (ID card or passport)

5. Osoby korzystające z usług Klubu w ramach umowy z podmiotem zewnętrznym na podstawie kart (BenefitSystems, Vanity, Medicover, PZU i inne) przy pierwszej wizycie w Klubie przekazują swoje dane personalne (imię, nazwisko,) w celu rejestracji jako Klient oraz w celu realizacji postanowień umowy zawartej przez Klub z ww. podmiotem zewnętrznym. Rejestracja jako Klient, a tym samym akceptacja niniejszego Regulaminu oraz zasad panujących w danym Klubie jest warunkiem koniecznym do korzystania z usług Klubu.

6. Klienci korzystający z Klubu na podstawie ” umów partnerskich” (BenefitSystems, Vanity, Medicover, PZU i inne) proszeni są o pobranie  aplikacji  mobilnej na telefon i  każdorazowej rejestracji wejścia.

7. The Club is open to Clients during the hours indicated in the Club's headquarters and on the website www.cubeclub.pl. At the same time, the Club reserves the right to change the opening hours of the Club on holidays and in the event of a justified need. Appropriate information will be posted in the Club's headquarters and on the website.

8. The use of the Club's services is based on:
a. subscription (hereinafter referred to as "Subscription"); the use of the Club's services under the Subscription is regulated by these Regulations and the agreement concluded with the Client;
b. fees for a single entry to the Club (hereinafter: "Single Entry")

c. Zarejestrowanego wejścia na podstawie “umowy partnerskiej”

9. The club reserves the right to temporarily create other single entry options, such as a "free pass" for new customers. The club will provide information about the possibility of using this type of entry at the place of business or on the website and social media.

III. Wstęp Jednorazowy

  1. Within the Single Entry, the Client is entitled to a single use of the Club's services. Single Entry includes all Club services (group classes in compliance with the provisions of the regulations regarding the obligation to book, gym, sauna).
  2. Klient, korzystający z Wstępu Jednorazowego, uiszcza opłatę za wejście do Klubu online, przez aplikację lub w recepcji, przed przystąpieniem do korzystania z usług klubu.
  3. Single Admission entitles you to use the Club’s services during its full opening hours.
  4. The price of a single entry is available on the Club's website or at the location of a given Club.


IV. Opłaty i abonamenty/karnety

  1. Entry fee

The entry fee is a one-time fee charged before purchasing a 1-month Pass. The fee does not apply to customers who had an active club pass on 31/10/2024.

The amount of the One-off Fee is specified in the club’s price list available on the website.

  1. Subscription/1 month pass

  1. When purchasing a Subscription, the Customer enters into an agreement with the Club. For this purpose, the Customer provides data necessary to perform the agreement: first name, last name, PESEL and/or date of birth, e-mail address, correspondence address, telephone number, and in the case of open-ended agreements, data necessary to make payments.
  2. The current fees for individual Subscriptions and services in the Club are included in the Price List, available at the registered office of each Club and on the website www.cubeclub.pl.
  3. A Client using the Club's services on the basis of a Subscription is required to download the application and register as a Club client. Along with concluding the agreement, the Client may also receive a personal Club membership card, which is a carrier of the Subscription. The Client is required to show the membership card or application code during each visit to the Club. The Club reserves the right to check the identity of the person using the membership card or the code generated in the application. A membership card presented by an unauthorized person may be retained by a Club employee. In the event of loss, misplacement or destruction of the membership card, the person to whom the card was issued is required to cover the cost of issuing a duplicate. The cost of a duplicate membership card is PLN 20 gross (in words: twenty zlotys gross).
  4. The Client may purchase a 1-month subscription via the Club’s website, application or in-store at the club of his/her choice.
  5. Okres rozpoczęcia świadczeń, czyli możliwość z korzystania z usług oferowanych przez dany Klub rozpoczyna się w dniu zakupu lub innym dniu podanym przez Klienta i trwa przez kolejnych 30 dni kalendarzowych. Po upływie 30 dni od daty wskazanej przez Klienta jako rozpoczęcia trwania abonamentu abonament traci ważność. Warunkiem bezpośredniego po zakupie korzystania z usług Klubu w wypadku zakupu online jest zrzeczenie się prawa do odstąpienia od umowy w okresie 14 dniowym od dnia zakupu.

  1. Subscription/Perpetual contract

  1. With the purchase of the Subscription, the Client enters into an indefinite contract with the Club. For this purpose, the Client provides data necessary to perform the contract: name, surname, PESEL and/or date of birth, e-mail address, correspondence address, telephone number, and in the case of open-ended contracts, data necessary to make payments.
  2. Payments for Subscriptions/Perpetual Agreements will be made periodically, via the Online Payment Operator. The operator is PayU.
  3. The current fees for individual Subscriptions and services in the Club are included in the Price List, available at the registered office of each Club and on the website www.cubeclub.pl.
  4. A Client using the Club's services on the basis of a Subscription is required to download the application and register as a Club client. Along with concluding the agreement, the Client may also receive a personal Club membership card, which is a carrier of the Subscription. The Client is required to show the membership card or application code during each visit to the Club. The Club reserves the right to check the identity of the person using the membership card or the code generated in the application. A membership card presented by an unauthorized person may be retained by a Club employee. In the event of loss, misplacement or destruction of the membership card, the person to whom the card was issued is required to cover the cost of issuing a duplicate. The cost of a duplicate membership card is PLN 20 gross (in words: twenty zlotys gross).
  5. The Client may purchase a permanent subscription via the Club’s website or application.
  6. The minimum duration of a Subscription/Perpetual Pass is 3 (three) full calendar months.
  7. The period of commencement of services, i.e. the possibility of using the services offered by a given Club, begins on the date of purchase or another day specified by the Customer and lasts until the termination of the contract due to notice or for other reasons arising from these regulations.

Warunkiem bezpośredniego po zakupie korzystania z usług Klubu w wypadku zakupu online jest zrzeczenie się prawa do odstąpienia od umowy w okresie 14 dniowym od dnia zakupu.

  1. The customer undertakes to pay for the unlimited pass in a timely manner.

Fees will be collected by the online payment system - PayU SA at the beginning of each billing month.

i. Klient korzystający z usług Klubu na podstawie umowy bezterminowej uprawniony jest do jego bezpłatnego  zamrożenia. W okresie  zamrożenia Abonamentu Klub nie pobiera opłaty za abonament. Zamrożenie możliwe jest na 1 (słownie: jeden) okres rozliczeniowy. Po upływie „zamrożonego” okresu rozliczeniowego opłaty pobierane będą zgodnie z pkt. 5 c Zamrożenie jest możliwe jedynie w pełnym okresie rozliczeniowym. Nie jest możliwe „zamrożenie” raty 0. Zamrożenie może być dokonane przez klienta raz na 12 miesięcy trwania umowy.

j. W okresie  zawieszenia Abonamentu Klub nie pobiera opłat. Zawieszenie Abonamentu skutkuje przedłużeniem umowy o okres odpowiadający czasowi zawieszenia Abonamentu.

k. Każda ze stron ma prawo do rozwiązania Abonamentu/Karnetu Bezterminowego ,

With full one-month notice, effective at the end of the month following the month in which the notice was given (e.g. if the notice was given on 2 December, the contract will be terminated on 31 January). The condition for termination of the contract is the expiry of the minimum 3-month period referred to in Section III, item 3 f

4. Abonament/Karnet 12 miesięczny

a. Wraz z zakupem Abonamentu Klient zawiera umowę na  minimum 12 pełnych miesięcy z Klubem. W tym celu Klient przekazuje dane, niezbędne do realizacji umowy: imię, nazwisko, PESEL i/lub data urodzenia , adres e-mail, adres korespondencyjny, numer telefonu, a w przypadku umów bezterminowych dane niezbędne do dokonywania płatności.

b. Po zakończeniu podstawowego 12 miesięcznego okresu Abonament przechodzi w Abonament bezterminowy z miesięcznym okresem wypowiedzenia. Cena raty Abonamentu pozostaje bez zmian.

c. Płatności za Abonament/Umowe dokonywane będą za pośrednictwem Operatora Płatności Internetowych. Operatorem jest PayU.

d. Wysokość aktualnych opłat za poszczególne Abonamenty oraz usługi w Klubie ujęta jest w Cenniku, dostępnym w siedzibie każdego Klubu oraz na stronie Internetowej www.cubeclub.pl.

e. Klient korzystający z usług Klubu na podstawie Abonamentu zobowiązany jest do  zarejestrowania się jako klient klubu poprzez aplikację mobilną Cube Fitness lub stronę internetową www.cubeclub.pl. Wraz z zawarciem umowy Klient może otrzymać również imienną kartę członkowską Klubu, będącą nośnikiem Abonamentu. Klient zobowiązany jest do okazywania karty członkowskiej lub kodu aplikacji podczas każdej wizyty w Klubie. Klub zastrzega sobie prawo do kontroli tożsamości osoby posługującej się kartą członkowską lub kodem wygenerowanym w aplikacji. Karta członkowska, którą legitymuje się osoba do tego nieupoważniona, może zostać zatrzymana przez pracownika Klubu. W przypadku utraty, zgubienia lub zniszczenia karty członkowskiej, osoba której kartę wydano, zobowiązana jest pokryć koszt wystawienia jej duplikatu. Koszt duplikatu karty członkowskiej wynosi 20 zł brutto (słownie: dwadzieścia złotych brutto).

f. Abonament Klient może nabyć za pośrednictwem strony internetowej Klubu lub aplikacji.

h. Minimalny okres trwania Abonamentu/Karnetu Bezterminowego to 12 pełnych miesiący kalendarzowych.

i. W przypadku zakupu Abonamentu w dzień inny niż pierwszy dzień miesiąca, system wyliczy dla Abonamentu ratę dopełniającą 0 adekwatnie do liczby pozostałych dni w danym miesiącu. Rata 0 nie wlicza się w okres trwania Abonamentu.

j. Okres rozpoczęcia świadczeń, czyli możliwość z korzystania z usług oferowanych przez dany Klub rozpoczyna się w dniu zakupu lub innym dniu podanym przez Klienta i trwa do momentu rozwiązania umowy na skutek wypowiedzenia lub z innych przyczyn wynikających z niniejszego regulaminu.

k. Klient zobowiązuje się do terminowych opłat za karnet bezterminowy. Opłaty będą pobierane przez system płatności online - PayU S.A.

l. Klient korzystający z usług Klubu na podstawie umowy uprawniony jest do jego dwukrotnego, bezpłatnego zamrożenia. W okresie zamrożenia Abonamentu Klub nie pobiera opłaty za abonament. Zamrożenie możliwe jest na 1 (słownie: jeden) okres rozliczeniowy. Po upływie „zamrożonego” okresu rozliczeniowego opłaty pobierane będą zgodnie z cennikiem. Zamrożenie jest możliwe jedynie w pełnym okresie rozliczeniowym. Nie jest możliwe „zamrożenie” raty 0.

ł.W okresie zawieszenia Abonamentu Klub nie pobiera opłat. Zawieszenie Abonamentu skutkuje przedłużeniem umowy o okres odpowiadający czasowi zawieszenia Abonamentu.

m. Cesja - Każda ze stron ma prawo do rozwiązania Abonamentu poprzez dokonanie Cesji na innego wskazanego przez Klienta Klubowicza. Cesji można dokonać w w Klubie w dowolnym momencie trwania karnetu. W przypadku dokonania Cesji w dniu innym niż 1 dzień miesiąca opłacona Rata w danym miesiącu Abonamentu przechodzi na druga osobę. Klubowicz na którego Abonament został przepisany zobowiązany jest do zarejestrowania się w systemie jako klient klubu oraz przekazania danych niezbędnych do realizacji płatności.    

n. Każda ze stron ma prawo do rozwiązania Abonamentu w każdym momencie jego trwania. Rozwiązanie umowy w trakcie trwania obowiązkowego 12 miesięcznego okresu trwania karnetu jest płatne. Koszt wypowiedzenia Abonamentu wynosi 30% pozostałej wartości karnetu. Szczegółowe dane na temat wysokości opłaty za wypowiedzenie zależne są od cennika i dostępne na recepcji Klubu. Po opłaceniu wypowiedzenia Abonament pozostaje aktywny do zakończenia danego okresu rozliczeniowego w którym dokonano wypowiedzenia.  

o.  zakończeniu okresu 12 pełnych miesięcy Abonament automatycznie przechodzi w Abonament Bezterminowy. Wypowiedzenie Abonamentu Bezterminowego można dokonać w recepcji Klubu z zachowaniem 1 miesięcznego okresu wypowiedzenia.  

p. Abonament 12 miesięczny dostępny jest w wersji klubowej – umożliwiającej korzystanie z jednego wybranego obiektu oraz wersji Multicube – umożliwiającej korzystanie ze wszystkich obiektów Cube na terenie kraju. Aktualne ceny poszczegółnych wersji Abonamentu 12 miesięcznego dostępne w Cenniku oraz w Klubie.

5. Abonament/karnet Trenerski

The subscription/training pass is only available in some locations. Information about locations and whether a given club offers a Training Pass is provided by the given club.

In order to conduct personal training, a Personal Trainer or Instructor must have current, appropriate qualifications to conduct such training and purchase a Trainer's Pass. The price and conditions of the Trainer's Pass are specified in the Club's internal Price Lists.

6. Szczegółowe warunki dotyczące płatności online i płatności cyklicznych zawarte są w Dziale IV – Płatności za poszczególne rodzaje usług, abonamentów/karnetów będącym integralna częścią niniejszej umowy.

7. Cesja

  1. W ramach Abonamentu/Karnetu Bezterminowego oraz Abonamentu Karnetu 12 miesięcznego możliwe jest przeniesienie praw i obowiązków Klienta na osobę trzecią (cesja).
  2. A client interested in making an assignment should contact the Club staff in order to sign an appropriate agreement.

  1. The Club has the right to terminate the agreement with immediate effect (without observing a notice period and without a separate request) in the event of the Client being in arrears with payments for 1 settlement period. Termination occurs after the Client has been requested twice to settle the payments and may occur as early as 7 days after the due date. Termination of the agreement in this manner does not release the Client from the obligation to pay for the services used in the Club, in accordance with the Price List applicable in the Club. The provisions of the Civil Code will apply.
  2. The pass is non-refundable once it has been activated by the user.
  3. Tickets are issued for a specified period, including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Cube reserves the right to close the Club or part of it during the holiday season and on any other day if it is required for necessary maintenance or renovation work to improve the safety and quality of the facility or for other reasons beyond the Club's control. In a situation where the Club is scheduled to close, users will be notified of the above-mentioned situation by posting appropriate information on the premises. The above situations do not automatically extend the duration of the ticket.
  4.  The Club may ask the Client to present a document such as an identity card, driving license, school ID, or senior ID in order to confirm their identity and confirm their right to use the appropriate discount.

  1.  Payments for specific types of services, subscriptions/tickets.

1. Płatności i ceny

Wszystkie opłaty za wejście jednorazowe, opłaty wpisowe i abonamenty/karnety są szczegółowo opisane na stronie internetowej www.cubeclub.pl oraz dostępne w recepcjach poszczególnych klubów.

Cube uses two types of payments: cash and cashless. Cashless payments can be made both at the club and online.

Payments made outside the club's headquarters will be made via the PayU system using the methods available through the above-mentioned payment operator. Purchase of services offered by the Club is made via the PayU Payment system. Payments are made on the terms and conditions of the PayU system. The customer is obliged to familiarize themselves with the PayU regulations.

  1. Single Entry. A Client using Single Entry pays a fee for entry to the Club at the reception desk before using the club's services. The fee can be paid by card, cash, BLIK. Single entry can also be paid online from the Client's profile.

  1. Entry fee

The entry fee is charged when purchasing a 1-month Subscription/Pass. The fee is charged once. The fee does not apply to customers who had an active Subscription/Pass before 01.11.2024.

  1. Subscription/1 month pass

The fee for the subscription/1-month pass can be paid in the form of a cash or cashless payment at a stationary store or via the PayU online payment operator through the dedicated website of the given club or application.

  1. The period of commencement of services, i.e. the possibility of using the services offered by a given Club, begins on the date of purchase or another day specified by the Customer and lasts for the next 30 calendar days. After 30 days from the date indicated by the Customer as the commencement of the subscription period, the subscription expires.

  1. Subscription/Perpetual contract

  1. With the purchase of the Subscription, the Client enters into an indefinite contract with the Club. For this purpose, the Client provides data necessary to perform the contract: name, surname, PESEL and/or date of birth, e-mail address, correspondence address, telephone number, and in the case of open-ended contracts, data necessary to make payments.
  2. Payments for Subscriptions/Perpetual Agreements will be made periodically, via the Online Payment Operator. The operator is PayU.

  1. The Client may purchase a permanent subscription via the Club’s website or application.

     6. Abonament/karnet 12 miesięczny

  1. Abonament/karnet 12 miesięczny klient może nabyć za pośrednictwem strony       internetowej Klubu lub aplikacji.
  2. The period of commencement of services, i.e. the possibility of using the services offered by a given Club, begins on the date of purchase or another day specified by the Customer and lasts until the termination of the contract due to notice or for other reasons arising from these regulations.
  3. Klient zobowiązuje się do terminowych opłat za Karnet 12 miesięczny.

Opłaty będą pobierane przez system płatności online  - PayU S.A. Opłaty będą pobierane cyklicznie  za pełne miesiące kalendarzowe liczone od pierwszego do ostatniego dnia danego miesiąca. W przypadku gdy Klient zapisuje się do Klubu później niż pierwszego dnia danego miesiąca zostanie naliczona Rata Zerowa/Rata „0”. Rata „0” – tzw. Pro rata to jednorazowa płatność dokonywana w wysokości obliczonej proporcjonalnie za okres od daty rozpoczęcia Abonamentu/Karnetu do ostatniego dnia miesiąca, w którym rozpoczął się bieg Abonamentu/Karnetu. W Abonamencie/Karnecie 12 miesięcznym pierwszy miesiąc oraz pierwsza rata (Rata 1) liczone są jako pierwszy full calendar month (from the first to the last day of a given month).

  1. Wypowiedzenie. Każda ze stron ma prawo do rozwiązania Abonamentu/Karnetu 12 miesięcznego z zachowaniem pełnego, jednomiesięcznego okresu wypowiedzenia, skutkującego na koniec miesiąca następującego po miesiącu, w którym wypowiedzenie zostało złożone (np. jeśli wypowiedzenie zostało złożone 02 grudnia, umowa zostanie rozwiązana 31 stycznia)

  1. Freeze. During the Subscription freeze period, the Club does not charge a subscription fee. Freezing is possible for 1 (in words: one) billing period. After the "frozen" billing period has elapsed, fees will be charged in accordance with point 5 c. Freezing is possible only for the full billing period. It is not possible to "freeze" installment 0. Freezing can be done by the client once every 12 months of the contract.

       7. Abonament/karnet Trenerski

In order to conduct personal training, a Personal Trainer or Instructor must have current, appropriate qualifications to conduct such training and purchase a Trainer's Pass. The price and conditions of the Trainer's Pass are specified in the Club's internal Price Lists.

The fee for the Subscription/Trainer's Pass can be paid in cash or cashless form at a stationary store or via the PayU online payment operator via the dedicated website of the given club or application.

8. Umowy

Wszystkie  umowy zawarte drogą elektroniczną, zakup każdego      abonamentu/karnetu przez stronę internetową lub aplikację klubu dają Klientowi możliwość odstąpienia od umowy zgodnie z art. 27 ustawy z dnia 30 maja 2014 r. o prawach konsumenta (Dz.U. 2014 poz. 827 ze zm. – dalej „Ustawa o prawach konsumenta”) w ciągu 14 dni od zawarcia u mowy.

  1.  In order to exercise the right to withdraw from the Agreement for Electronic Services, the User should inform the Club of their decision by means of a declaration within 14 days of concluding the aforementioned agreement.
  2. The declaration of withdrawal from the Agreement on electronic services referred to in paragraph a above may be submitted to the Club electronically or sent by post to the following correspondence address: Mind Consulting Jakub Zieliński ul. Śliwkowa 20; 20-141 Lublin with the note CUBE.
  3. The Client may use the form which will be available on the Club’s website and as an annex to these Regulations.
  4.  If the service is performed within 14 days, i.e. the Client actively uses the Club's services, the Club reserves the right to refuse to withdraw from the contract.
  5. Klient może zrezygnować ze swojego prawa do Odstąpienia od Umowy podczas zakupu danego Abonamentu wybierając odpowiednie okienko. Zrzeczenie się prawa odstąpienia od umowy jest konieczne jeśli Klient chce korzystać z usług Klubu bezpośrednio po zakupie usługi.


V. Rules for using the Club's services

  1. Na terenie Klubu mogą przebywać jedynie Klienci Klubu. Klient zobowiązany jest do korzystania z pomieszczeń, urządzeń i sprzętu należącego do Klubu zgodnie z ich przeznaczeniem.

On the Club premises it is forbidden to:


a. bringing, consuming or being under the influence of alcoholic beverages, drugs or other intoxicating substances;


b. smoking tobacco


c. use of electronic cigarettes;


d. using words generally considered vulgar and offensive;


e. trade and acquisition;


f. taking photographs and filming for commercial purposes without the consent of the Club Manager;


g. bringing in animals;


h. bringing in dangerous tools, weapons, pyrotechnics, flammable and explosive materials;

  1. While staying on the Club premises, Customers are obliged to comply with the rules set out in these Regulations, in particular:
    a. compliance with generally accepted principles of social coexistence and good conduct;
    b. refrain from behaviour that may expose the Club’s property to damage or destruction, familiarise themselves with the equipment use instructions and exercise due caution when using the Club’s equipment and facilities;
    c. maintaining cleanliness and hygiene;
    d. follow the instructions of the Club’s employees and service staff;
    e. wearing appropriate footwear (flip-flops) when using showers,

The Club is not responsible for the consequences of Customers using the equipment in a manner inconsistent with its intended use, operating instructions or instructions from Club staff.

Each Client uses the Club’s services at his/her own risk and responsibility.

The Club's staff does not have medical education. In case of any doubts regarding their physical fitness or ability to perform physical exercises or use the sauna, the Client should seek medical advice before using the Club's services.

The Client is required to wear clean clothing on the Club premises and to change into clean sports shoes. Shoes must be changed in the changing room before going to other rooms. Sports shoes must be appropriate for the type of exercise performed. Some classes require participation without shoes.

Before using the sauna, Clients are required to wash themselves. In the sauna, Clients are wrapped in a towel or scarf, without shoes. In the sauna, a towel should be used under the feet.

Lockers in the changing rooms are available only for the duration of your stay at the Club. A fee of PLN 40 gross (in words: forty zloty gross) applies for losing a locker key.

The club is monitored, with the exception of the locker room area, showers, fitness rooms and squash courts.

The Club is not responsible for the consequences of failure to comply with the rules of using the Club's services, as specified in these Regulations. Violation of the provisions of the Regulations authorizes the Club's staff to ask the Client to immediately leave the Club premises.


VI. Gym and group classes

  1. When using the gym or participating in group classes, the Client is obliged to follow the recommendations and instructions of the instructor or other Club staff.
  2. The Client is obliged to use the sports equipment available in the Club in accordance with its intended purpose and the instructions of the Club staff.
  3. Depending on the location, the Club provides the user with access to a locker with an individual key or a locker with the requirement to install their own padlock, brought by the Client, in order to store items. The Club is not responsible for items left outside the locker or in the event of gross negligence of the user (e.g. failure to close the locker). The locker is intended for storing clothing, cosmetics, footwear, sports equipment, nutritional supplements, food products. Reception staff are not obliged to keep the key while the Client is using the Club's services. Storing items in lockers after the Club closes is prohibited. Items left will be deposited for 3 days. After this period, they are considered abandoned in accordance with Article 180 of the Civil Code and will be thrown away, disposed of or donated to charity.
  4. After finishing training, the Client is obligated to return the equipment to its place and leave it tidy.
  5. Instructors, Club staff and external personal trainers may conduct individual training sessions subject to the consent of the Club owner based on individual provisions and the purchase of a Subscription/Trainer's Card
  6. Gym workouts are not time-limited. The club does not reserve gym spots, but reserves the right to limit entry if all lockers are used.
  7. Participation in group classes for Clients requires prior reservation of a place for the individual classes. Reservations can be made on our website or via the application. Information on which classes require reservation can be obtained by Clients at the given Club or on its website.
  8. The Club reserves the right to cancel group classes if the number of Clients willing to participate in these classes is less than 5 people.
  9. The client can cancel the reservation of a place in a group class no later than two hours before it starts. Cancellation of the reservation can only be done via our website.
  10. The Club reserves that only making a reservation and arriving on time for group classes guarantee participation in them. If a Client is late, his place in the group classes may be taken by another Client from the reserve list.

The instructor of the class decides about the participation in group classes of Clients who have not made a reservation or are on the reserve list.

  1. A client who is attending a group class for the first time is required to inform the instructor before the group class begins. A client who attends a group class is required to inform the instructor of any deterioration in well-being, injuries, pregnancy, or any serious health problems.
  2. Only Club staff is authorized to control the audio equipment, air conditioning and lighting of the Club, as well as open and close windows.
  3. The club reserves the right to change the start and end times of group classes, change the type of class or the instructor leading the class, and cancel group classes in emergency situations or in the event of changes to the schedule.
  4. The Client is obliged to complete the exercise/training before the club closes and leave the club no later than 10 minutes after the facility closes.
  5. It is prohibited to conduct any commercial activity on the Club premises without the consent of the Owner of the facility, in particular commercial, marketing and service activities, including conducting training sessions, workshops and workouts.

VII. Squash

In terms of Squash, the regulations apply only to the location of Cube Squash & Fitness, ul. Mackiewicza 7; 20-141 Lublin

  1. Use of the facility is tantamount to acceptance of the following regulations.

  1. The basic squash court rental period is 1 hour.

  1. The club has the right not to accept a court reservation starting for a partial hour if this blocks the possibility of reserving full hours for other customers.

  1. The price for renting a court depends on the day of the week and the time of day. A detailed price list for renting a court is available on the Club's website and at the reception.

  1. Squash court reservations can be made in person at the Club's reception, by phone or via the online reservation system available on the Club's website and/or in the Application. To reserve a court, it is necessary to set up a club member account. The account must contain at least the following data: Name and surname, age, phone number, e-mail address.

  1. Each person using the court should wear sportswear and replacement sports shoes with non-marking soles (footwear that does not leave marks on the parquet or court).

  1. Persons under 19 years of age are required to play with protective glasses under penalty of the Club refusing to provide services. Other persons are also advised to play with protective glasses in order to improve safety.

  1. Providing instructor services and classes may only take place with the consent of the club's management and only if you have valid, appropriate authorizations and certificates.

  1. The Club is not liable for any damage resulting from improper preparation for the game by a Club Member.

  1. The Club Member is fully liable for any damage caused as a result of using the equipment available in the Club in a manner inconsistent with its intended use, the operating instructions or the instructions of the Club’s employees.

  1. It is possible to create a permanent reservation. The condition for a permanent reservation is to purchase a pass. The pass covers a specified number of hours during the validity period of the pass (pass for 8h = 10 weeks, for 12h = 14 weeks).

  1. The Club Member may cancel the reservation made without any consequences no later than 12 hours before the reservation date. In the event of cancellation of the court rental after the deadline, the Club Member will be charged a fee of 100% for the reserved court rental time.

  1. The Club charges the Club Member a fee for court rental for the booked period if the Club Member does not cancel the reservation and does not show up at the booked court.

  1. The Club reserves the right to cancel the reservation in the event of payment arrears on the part of the Club Member.

VIII. Sauna

In the area of sauna, the regulations apply only to clubs where sauna is available. Information on which clubs offer sauna services is available on individual club websites.

  1. Only adults may use the sauna.
  2. Each client uses the sauna at their own risk.
  3. The sauna may only be used by adults who have no health contraindications to exposure to high temperatures.

Before using a sauna, consult your doctor to determine any contraindications to its use.

  1. Customers using the sauna are obliged to follow the instructions available in the Club before entering the sauna.


IX. Promotions

In addition to the permanent offer, the Club may periodically introduce special offers (Promotions).

Promotions cannot be combined.


X. Final Provisions

  1. The Client may file complaints regarding the provision of services in the Club in person at the Club's reception, at a given location, by mail to the address of a given location or by email: reklamacje@cubeclub.pl. In the complaint, the Client should provide his/her name and surname, contact details (phone number, correspondence address, email address), and also provide a description of the situation. Complaints will be considered within 14 days of their receipt by the Club.
  2. The regulations are available at the Club's headquarters and on the website www.cubeclub.pl
  3. The Club reserves the right to change these Regulations at any time. The changed Regulations will be available at the Club's headquarters and on the website www.cubeclub.pl.
  4. Mandatory regulations and provisions regarding the protection of personal data have been archived, in the event of a request to obtain the above information, please contact the receptionist or via e-mail.
  5. In matters not regulated in these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.

The privacy policy of the Cube network of clubs describes the principles of our processing of information about you, including personal data and cookies. The privacy policy applies to both data collected through our website www.cubeclub.pl, the application we recommend and data left physically in one of the clubs.

The website is hosted (technically maintained) on the operator's servers: cyberfolks.pl in relation to the website's main page and on efitness.pl servers in relation to the customer panel.

In some situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if it is necessary to perform the contract concluded with you or to fulfill the obligations incumbent on the Administrator. This applies to such groups of recipients:

6. Information in forms

The website collects information provided voluntarily by the user, including personal data, if provided.

The website collects data necessary to complete the order, including: first name, last name, date of birth and/or PESEL number, company name, country/region, street, city, postal code, telephone number, e-mail address, tax identification number.
The service may save information about connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).
The service may save information about the user's location and about access to the user's location, in which case the user is asked systemically for consent to share the location.
In some cases, the service may save information that facilitates linking the data in the form with the email address of the user filling out the form. In such a case, the user's email address appears inside the URL of the page containing the form.
The data provided in the form is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a specific form, e.g. to process a service request, order or sales contact, register services, etc. Each time, the context and description of the form clearly informs what it is used for.
