Terms and conditions of the "Bring a friend" promotion at Cube Fitness
Definitions:
New customer – a person who has not purchased a membership at Cube Fitness by the date of the promotion (1-month membership, 12-month membership, Unlimited membership and 3-month membership – in various variants)
Promotion organizer:
The organiser of the “Bring a friend” promotion is the Cube Fitness chain, hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”, based in Poland, operating under applicable law.
Promotion duration:
The Promotion begins on September 12, 2025 and runs until December 11, 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion Period"). The Organizer reserves the right to extend the Promotion Period.
Conditions of participation:
Members with an active Cube Fitness membership can participate in the promotion, encouraging new members to purchase a term membership at Cube Fitness clubs in Poland, at all Cube Fitness locations. The promotion is valid only in-person at the club's reception desk. It does not apply to online purchases.
Promotion rules:
- For inviting a new client to Cube Fitness, you will both receive an additional 7 days free of charge on your membership.
- Additional 7 days free of charge are valid for selected passes:
- Monthly CLUB, STUDENT, SENIOR passes,
- 3-month memberships CLUB, STUDENT, SENIOR
- 12-month and Unlimited Passes (in their case, the price of the next month's installment will be reduced by the value corresponding to 7 days within the installment price).
- In the case of 12-month and Unlimited passes, the discount in the form of an installment reduction will be applied automatically when paying the next installment.
- The promotion is closely linked to the invitation of a new customer who must purchase a term pass at the Cube Fitness club during the promotion period.
- Each successful new customer brings in extends the validity or reduces the installment of the existing subscription.
Promotion conditions:
- The condition for taking advantage of the promotion is that current Club Members bring only new Customers who purchase a season ticket at the club stationary (at the club reception).
- The promotion does not apply to new online purchases or to extensions or reductions of installments made online.
- For existing memberships purchased online by current club members, discounts and extensions will be applied.
Final provisions:
- If you have any doubts or questions, please contact the Reception Desk of your Cube Fitness club for detailed information.
- The organizer reserves the right to change the terms of the promotion or extend it, which will be announced on the website and in clubs.
- The promotion cannot be combined with other promotions and special offers.
- The Regulations are available at the Organizer's office and on the website cubeclub.pl Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these regulations.
Protection of personal data:
Promotion participants consent to the processing of their personal data by Cube Fitness for the purpose of implementing the promotion, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.
