We have also implemented a modern way of arranging personal training sessions thanks to our proprietary application Gyms. In Gymsy you can browse personal trainer profiles and conveniently schedule training sessions without having to call. Another advantage is the ability for trainers to prescribe exercises with video instructions, thanks to which clients can correctly perform the recommended exercises in the case of training without a trainer present.
