I'm a trainer with several years of experience. I began my gym journey in 2018 and have since been deepening my knowledge in various areas of athletic development. My main specialties include:
– functional training
– hypertrophy training (male and female body shaping)
– strength training (mainly powerlifting)
– motor training
– preparation for fitness tests
– training programming
– dietetics and diet therapy
– development of running and expedition fitness
I systematically test these specializations on myself, from healthy eating to mountaineering expeditions and half-marathons. My main athletic goal at the moment is to successfully compete in physique competitions. My goal as a coach is to help people realize their athletic dreams by providing them with knowledge on how to train healthily and effectively.
